Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet these conditions prior to a refund being issued.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@autumnmonsoon.com and provide us with your order number. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Delivery and Product Issues

Order failed to deliver - if the carrier cannot deliver your items because you entered an incorrect shipping address or did not claim the package, it will be shipped back to the fulfillment center. If this happens, you must contact us within 14 days to provide the correct shipping address and pay the additional shipping costs. Please be careful and double-check that you have added the correct address when placing your order.

Damaged, defective, mislabeled and wrong items sent - Contact us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue and clear photos documenting the issue within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement item free of charge.

Order lost in transit - If it is past the estimated delivery date, please contact us for further instructions. Orders confirmed as lost by the fulfillment center will be replaced free of charge. We are unable to provide refunds or replace orders that are marked as delivered so please make sure to have your items delivered to a safe location.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards (once those are made available).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@autumnmonsoon.com.
